Change of Hearts

Today's first tune comes from London based producer Catching Flies called "Change Of Hearts". It's a chill sounding beatstrumental track, using a heavily pitched vocal sample from Cheryl Lynn's "Got To Be Real". It doesn't sound anything like "Got To Be Real" though, but it's a well balanced electronica track that uses both electronic and organic sounds to stand out. When I listened to the track the first time it didn't strike me as special, but after a while it sinks in as a serious chillout earworm. It's a free download too, so grab yourself a copy via the link below:

Up next is a much more upbeat track. One of my favourite duo's, The Him, are back with a new single called "Balance" featuring Oktavian. The track is a melodic deep house club marvel, with a groovy bassline and a fresh & catchy sounding wodden xylo lead melody. The vocal is also worth pointing out as it's extremely on point for this track, without ever becoming too dominating. "Balance" is quite the appropriate title for the track, because it's literally a very balanced track. Apart from the stream below, you can find "Balance" on Spotify too via the link below:
